Today, We had another intern meeting at Oakland Leaf. It was a great time. we learned by example. Through various activities and examples of conflict mediation we learned what to do in certain situations, and learned some tools to use when we find ourselves either in conflict or mediating that conflict. Success was achieved and the workshop showed more than one way to handle conflict which will be helpful in the near future. So for now i am more informed and hope to use it for my benefit as well as others. Peace,
